SENEGAL REGULATIONS ON FOREIGN TRADE
 
 
 


The following laws regulate the export business in Senegal :
 
 
 
- Regulation (EC) No 430/2006 Commission of 15 March 2006 approving operations to check conformity with the marketing standards applicable to fruit and fresh vegetables carried out in Senegal prior to import into the community ;
 
- Decree No. 2005-108 dated 15 February 2005 establishing the Senegalese Agency for Export Promotion (ASEPEX) ;
 
- Senegalese Customs Code ;
 
- Law No. 2004-06 of February 6, 2004 regarding the Investments Code ;
 
- Decree 78-179 regulating maritime traffic in Senegal ;
 
- Decree 78-817 fixing surcharges on port dues applicable to arms and weaponry practising an unilateral increase in the exchange rate ;
 
- Decree n ° 91-1221 November 14, 1991, establishing a Verification of imports (PVI) program ;
 
- Article 78 of the Customs Code establishing an exporter importer card ;
 
- Law No. 75.51 of 3 April 1975 establishing the Senegalese Shippers Council.
