CONGO REGULATIONS ON FOREIGN TRADE

The main legislation in force in Congo regulating export activities are :
 
     - Law No. 07-94 of 1st June, 1994 regulating the import, export and re-export regime in Congo
 
     - Law No. 3-2007 of 24 January, 2007 regulating imports, exports and re-exports
 
     - Law No. 06-94 of 1st June, 1994 regulating prices, trading standards, recognition and fraud repression
 
     - Law No. 6-2003 of 18 January, 2003 on the investment charter
 
     - Order No. 486 réglementant les certificats d’origine
 
     - Law No. 25-94 of 23 August, 1994 regulating the exercise of trade
 
     - Order No. 1146 of 26 June, 1996 on the sugar import suspension in Congo
 
     - Law No. 19-2005 of 24 November, 2005 regulating the practice of the profession of trader in Congo
 
     - Decree No. 2001-387 of 31,  July 2001 concerning customs Evolution
 
     - Decree No. 95-147 of 8 August 1995  and Decree 99-167 of 23 August, 1999 on inspection before shipping 
     - Order No. 3085 of 9 July, 2003 laying down the delivery costs for administrative and commercial documents to traders
